Advisor Service Associate, Hunter Collins highlights WellCents and the importance of developing financial confidence across your workforce. The lack of financial wellness and advice being provided to American employees is a pressing issue that is causing substantial financial stress. Employees continue to struggle with prioritizing their current and future financial needs.
WellCents is an “end-to-end” worksite financial advice solution that includes marketing, wellness assessments, calendaring, action planning, group session content, participant surveys, and employer reporting. It was created with the intention of removing barriers that prohibit employees from making good financial decisions.
One of the benefits of financial wellness is helping with effective communication. Employees feel valued and appreciated when employer’s benefits communications are easy to understand. This program provides coordinated advice that integrates an employer’s available benefits offerings. Additionally, employees are proactively engaged via customized emails, texts, and social media posts.
WellCents includes a brief 5-minute financial wellness assessment that establishes a baseline for an individual’s financial wellness. This assessment provides valuable insights into workforce’s challenges and measures areas of improvement. An average WellCents score will be calculated based off a series of questions on topics such as, personal finance, investment planning, retirement readiness, and protection planning.
The WellCents dashboard has been refreshed and includes new reporting features. The new dashboard has clean graphics, additional data points, and automatic overnight updates. The new reporting features consist of point in time reporting, full customization, and a new participant survey. The full customization allows you to hit on your best points and drive home the value add you are providing to your clients.
