Summary

In this session, Reese and Alexis explore general tips and tricks for the RPAG Advisor Portal with the goal of saving time. The tools they discuss include the RPAG PlanFees Suite, RPAG Marketing Materials, Meeting Minutes Reports, and Batch Reporting. Included in the PlanFees Suite is the Prism and Prism365 report that benchmark your plan against similar plans and creates deliverables. Another program included is RFP Express giving instant quotes to save time.

When it comes to RPAG Marketing, new diverse marketing content is constantly being made such as flyers and one-pagers that can be branded as your own. Additional content such as Retirement Times articles, Participant Memos, and Fiduciary Hot Topics are also available, and are eligible for auto-branding if you are a premium marketing member. Moving on to the advisor reports section, there are many different types of reports the program can run including assets under advisement, clients or prospects, fund reporting and more. These reports can be customized for your needs and exported in an excel or pdf format.

Meeting Minutes may be one of the best ways to save time in the RPAG Portal. Creating a new Meeting Minutes report is easy and allows for the most relevant information to be pulled into the report automatically. Adding additional data to the report such as Investment Analysis or a Market Summary can be done with a click of a button. RPAG reports can be included or custom reports can be created. These reports are intended to be created after a meeting is completed. RPAG also provides a meeting agenda tool designed to help plan a future meeting. Within Meeting Minutes there is also a Provider Notice Tool and a Client Advocacy Report. The Client Advocacy Report is intended to be given at the start or end of the year to express to clients what you did for them.

Finally, there is batch reporting. Batch reports can be made like a fiduciary review or it can be made without considerations. In a simple 4 step process, the clients, plans, considerations, and template can all be chosen. RPAG provides templates but a custom one can be made as well.
